New Jersey and New York law-enforcement authorities have joined the Morris County Prosecutor's Office and Madison police to investigate a possible arson attempt at the home of an executive of global pharmaceutical giant Bayer.

The teen was arrested on Monday, March 10, after a 43-year-old mother of three was found dead inside a residence

The teenager was charged by Northamptonshire Police on Tuesday night after an inquiry into the death of 43-year-old Marta Bednarczyk.

Officers said the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had also been charged with arson with intent to endanger life. Formal identification was yet to be confirmed, but detectives believed the victim was 43-year-old mother-of-three Marta Bednarczyk.
