Witnesses told police they overheard a conversation between the four men, with one of the suspects saying something along the lines of, “You don’t want it to go down like this.” They said that the same suspect then fired three shots into the ground before turning the gun on the victim.

HPD said officers located the man and followed him until he reportedly ran and opened fire before he was hit and taken into custody.
