Influential former Brooklyn Democratic Party boss Frank Seddio is abandoning Mayor Eric Adams and backing ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo, he told The Post Thursday. Seddio — who is the law partner of Adams’ political adviser and former City Hall chief-of-staff Frank Carone — said he doesn’t see a path for embattled mayor to win re-election.
