The trial has begun of 10 people who are accused of robbing Kim Kardashian at gunpoint a hotel in Paris in 2016. The reality TV star and business woman was tied up and held at gunpoint in a luxury suite where she was staying during Paris Fashion Week.

Yunice Abbas was the first defendant questioned Tuesday in the trial in connection with the 2016 robbery during which the reality star was held at gunpoint.

Ten elderly suspects, dubbed the “Grandpa Robbers,” are on trial in Paris for the 2016 robbery of Kim Kardashian. Most are in their 60s and 70s, and one is a woman. Kardashian was tied up and forced into a bathtub as thieves stole over $10 million in jewelry.
