7月8日，据媒体报道，Shein已秘密申请在香港进行首次公开募股 (IPO)，并以此向英国监管机构施压，要求其批准在伦敦上市。

据金融时报报道，Shein已秘密申请在港IPO，约18个月前其申请在伦敦IPO未获批，因中英监管机构未就招股书风险披露措辞达成一致。

Shein的大部分供应链都在中国，该公司大约18个月前申请在伦敦进行IPO，但一直未能获得监管部门的批准。 据知情人士透露，Shein申请在香港上市的部分原因是为了向英国监管机构施压，迫使其在风险披露要求上做出让步，从而保住这笔可能成为伦敦市场多年来规模最大的IPO。
