SNELLVILLE, Ga. - The Snellville Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting and car crash. Snellville police say neighbors recalled hearing gunshots in the area of Englewood Way near Long Street on Sunday. Shortly after, a car crashed into a home. The driver was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

Det. Jeff Manley with Snellville police told Channel 2 Action News they received a shots fired call just before 6 p.m. this evening in the area of Englewood Way near Long Street. When police arrived on scene, they found a vehicle that crashed into a home. Inside of the vehicle, a man was found dead.
