On the morning of June 20, the Arizona Department of Public Safety arrested Barry Morphew two days after he was indicted for first-degree murder charges in the death of Suzanne Morphew.

Morphew was taken into custody in Arizona on Friday by the Twelfth Judicial District. On Monday, 11 News learned Morphew waived his extradition hearing in Arizona and will be returning to Colorado.
