Williamson County Judge Bill Gravell is resigning, after he accepted an appointment to President Trump’s Small Business Administration (SBA), according to the Williamson County Republican Party.

Gravell accepted a role in President Donald Trump's administration with the U.S. Small Business Administration as the Region 6 advocate.

A special session will be held Friday to accept Gravell's resignation and to discuss appointing a new county judge.
