Red Sox remain focused on pitching in MLB Draft, select 12 more pitchers on Day 2
The 2025 draft marked chief baseball officer Craig Breslow’s second at the helm, and his first overseeing the full 12-month scouting cycle. The Sox spent eight of their first 10 picks on pitchers this year, and across Breslow’s two drafts, have used 29 of their 41 total selections on pitchers.
