Holiday has a strained hamstring and missed the final three games of Boston's first-round series against Orlando.

Matthew Lyons, 27, of Belgrade and Maryellen Remington, 34, also of Belgrade, were arrested at their 151 Knowles Road home on Thursday following an investigation.
