Vienna's fire chief talks about the rescue of an 86-year-old couple who was trapped in a camper crushed by a fallen free.

Marble Falls Area VFD Fire Chief Michael Phillips was responding when his vehicle was swept away by flood waters.

Officials said 63 people have been rescued from flood waters and debris in Central Texas so far but many are missing.
