北京商报记者梳理发现,如今排队热度较高且引发黄牛倒卖票号大多都离不开“首店”“景观”“特色”这几个标签。主打地方特色的浩海火烧云傣家菜周末中午需要等位200多桌,开进北京两年多的地方品牌费大厨辣椒炒肉周末多家门店依旧排队,具有北京特色的四季民福故宫店和簋街的北京胡大饭馆高峰时段依旧一座难求,四季民福故宫店的景观位在黄牛手里甚至溢价到500元,远超一套烤鸭售价。
